German Shepard found in lake tethered to cinder block
The State Police in Tupper Lake are investigating an animal cruelty case that was reported on June 20 when an individual located a deceased German Shepherd in the water in Tupper Lake. The dog had a cinder block tied to its neck and appeared to have been intentionally drowned. Police estimated that this occurred sometime around the beginning of June.
